The Company recognises an individual's right to privacy and understands the protection and confidentiality of your personal information is important to you.

The Company is bound by the Data Protections Acts, 1988 and 2003, as amended from time to time, and other applicable data privacy law.

We may also provide you with additional information about how the Company will use your personal information at the time that it is collected.

Personal Information We Collect

Any information that identifies you is deemed to be "personal information" and we primarily collect this information through our standard forms (for example, the Application Form), information you provide through our website, and when you phone or contact our staff.

The types of personal information the Company collects from you include – your name, contact details (such as your address and telephone number), date of birth, investment details, bank account information, tax residency information and tax registration number. The anti-money laundering laws may mandate us to collect additional personal information from you.

Phone calls to the Company’s staff or staff at any of the Company’s agents or service providers, such as the Company’s administrator or its investment manager, may be recorded or monitored for quality control, training, regulatory or other compliance reasons.

When browsing our website, our webservers automatically collect standard information as part of the HTTP web protocol – your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, referring sites, pages viewed and other anonymous information. Generally personal information collected on our websites is what you give us when you login, complete a form or perform a transaction.

If you nominate an individual contact within an advisory firm or administrative firm, the Company deems (in order to protect the privacy of our investors) that you give authority to the firm and not the individual contact.

You should be aware that the Internet is not a secure environment. Whilst the Company takes reasonable steps, we cannot guarantee the security of information you provide to us via our website or that we make accessible to you via the secure investor site. No personal information is stored on our public website. Personal information is stored on our secure investor site.

The personal information that we process about you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers, affiliates or agents. By submitting your personal information to the Company, you agree to such transfer, storing or processing.
